Our after sales team maintains close contact with the Knapen Trailers dealer network, service network and you as a customer. This gives us important feedback and input about our moving floor trailers. This data is immediately registered and analysed and used to provide the best solution for your specific situation.

 

We always inform our development department or suppliers about any feedback so our moving floor trailers can be optimised even further. The result may be minor product upgrades, but sometimes this input can lead to more significant product launches.

Warranty claim

You can submit a warranty claim quickly and easily online. Claims under the terms of the warranty are assessed based on the information you provide. If the information you provide is unclear or incomplete, we will ask you for additional information. If the extent of the problem makes remote assessment impossible, one of our after sales specialists will visit you to investigate the situation further.

Training & Advice

We consider it important that everyone who works with or on a Knapen trailer is well informed and up to date. We provide training courses and advice on various areas of expertise, including:

  • Technical training: for dealers and service partners

  • Code 95 training: for drivers of moving floor trailers (NL & DE)

  • Drivers’ tips: for owners and drivers of moving floor trailers

Knapen Trailers offers you an extensive, high quality dealer and service network throughout Europe. Our dealers and service partners are happy to assist you with maintenance, service and repairs. You can also visit a number of carefully selected, independent service points where you will be given full service and support for your Knapen moving floor trailer. All these companies have received specialised training from Knapen Trailers and stock the most common spare parts.

Technical documentation

Good documentation is essential in the daily use of your moving floor trailer. As standard, a detailed and clear user manual is supplied with your trailer. Our user manuals can also be viewed online. 

 

Various other documents are also available in addition to the user manual. These include repair instructions for specific repairs so they can be completed quickly and professionally
