If the extent of the problem makes remote assessment impossible, one of our after-sales specialists will visit you to investigate the situation further.
Warranty claims must be submitted and approved at all times prior to commencing the repair work. If this is not possible in your situation, please contact the after sales team immediately.
- Parts claimed under the terms of the warranty must be retained until the claim has been settled.
- Claims submitted with full information and photographs will be processed with higher priority.
