Anodised aluminium chassis

Unique in the market

We offer our NEXT moving floor trailers with two types of chassis: a steel chassis and an aluminium chassis. If you choose an aluminium chassis, it will be anodised as standard. In general, an aluminium self-supporting chassis is chosen due to its lower weight compared with the steel version.

Wear resistant & corrosion resistant

Anodising makes the aluminium surface harder and more durable which increases the impact and wear resistance. Anodising creates a protective layer between the aluminium and the environment which protects the aluminium from oxidation, moisture, chemicals and other corrosive substances.

Environmentally friendly

As anodising is an electrolytic process and does not involve harmful chemicals, it is an environmentally friendly treatment. The greater durability and wear resistance of anodised parts also increases their service lifetime, helping to reduce waste and use of raw materials.
