Easy to use & strong

The towing eye has a pulling plate. You can quickly and easily retract this pulling plate so the bow shackle can be mounted making the towing eye ready for use. After use, you simply push the pulling plate back into place again.

The towing eye can withstand a maximum force of 10T which is ample to enable a loaded combination of 50 tonnes to be towed.

Clever mounting system

The towing eye is located in a space behind the license plate. This is the centre of the trailer and therefore the best place to attach tow chains, as the forces are always well distributed over the chassis. The license plate is secured by steel wires to prevent it being lost.
