As you can expect from Knapen Trailers, the Dura-Floor was extensively trialled with various types of abrasive cargo including glass shards and quarry stone. During these prolonged practical trials, the performance of the Dura-Floor was compared with the standard 10 mm floor under identical conditions. The trial results were impressive; after one year of unloading glass shards, there was no noticeable change in the thickness of the Dura-Floor. However, there was a clear and significant difference in the thickness of the aluminium 10 mm floor. The extremely wear-resistant Dura-Floor is the premium choice alternative in this range thanks to its incredible durability.
